Tokyo Olympics: Azizulhasni rides to silver for Malaysia

Azizulhasni Awang finished second in the men's keirin final at the 2020 Olympic Games to take home a silver medal for Malaysia.

Great Britain's Jason Kenny sprinted ahead right from the start and built a huge gap to win the gold medal 0.763s ahead of the Pocket Rocketman.

Dutch cyclist Harrie Lavreysen, who won gold at the UCI Track Cycling World Championships had to settle for bronze.

Azizulhasni's second-placed finish was an improvement from his Rio 2016 performance in the same event when he won bronze.

It was Malaysia's second and final medal in Tokyo after men's doubles shuttler Aaron Chia and Soh Wooi Yik bagged bronze in the badminton event.
